Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Our Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing processes involve specialized production that begins immediately after an order is placed. Each item is produced specifically for the customer, making it impossible to restock or resell.

For this reason:

• No cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed.

• No returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (design, size, quantity, shipping information, etc.) are accurate before completing their purchase.

We strongly encourage reviewing your order carefully prior to checkout.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a verified production error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
